This therapy applies pressure to specific points on the feet to help balance and restore the entire body. It includes a warm hot towel compress, mini scalp massage, and detailed foot massage to detoxify and rebalance the body and nervous system.
(For optimal results with reflexology, multiple sessions are generally recommended)
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This massage encourages a deep level of relaxation by combining chakra balancing on the 7 major energy centers of the spine. The massage is focused on the back, head, neck and feet helping to realign the whole body and promote full body relaxation.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports emotional and physical well-being. By balancing your body's energy, Reiki helps you feel more grounded, refreshed, and aligned.
FACIAL CRANIAL THERAPY $90/45 mins
This treatment helps to release mental stress and promote clarity and relaxation. Primarily focusing on massaging the scalp, face, neck and chest with the addition of hot stones and Gau Sha therapy.
Gua Sha is a technique used in East Asia. It is often used to treat tension and to move excess energy in the body. finishes with a grounding foot massage and hot towels!
